Meet Hilary
Hello, and thank you for being here!

As someone who has personally navigated eating disorder recovery and spent nine years working in counseling, I’ve come to love the process of change and am honored when clients trust me to walk with them through their own journey of healing. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and cared for throughout the counseling process. Therapy is both courageous and deeply personal, and my hope is to help individuals better understand themselves and the patterns that may be impacting their present lives and relationships.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, eating disorders, adolescent concerns, faith and spirituality concerns, and general life transitions. Whether you’re finding yourself feeling generally stuck or want to work through a specific issue in your life, I will meet you there.
I understand that beginning therapy can feel intimidating, which is why I aim to make the process feel approachable, supportive, and collaborative from the very beginning. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients, and I believe counseling is most effective when the therapist and client work together.

Aside from counseling, I love spending time with my family and friends and enjoy the fun and active pastimes Colorado has to offer.

Reaching out for support is a courageous first step. If you’re considering therapy, I would be happy to answer any questions and concerns on a consultation call.
